They are looking for a CNC Operator to join their team, ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of machinery within their facilities. This role entails inspecting, repairing, installing, and maintaining both electrical and mechanical equipment to uphold production efficiency and safety standards.
Available Shift: 3rd, Mon- Fri, 7:00pm-5:30am + OT

Focus:
Conduct routine and preventative maintenance to guarantee machinery operation. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems across diverse machines, including those with PLC and CNC controls. Operate various hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment. Fabricate and repair machine parts as necessary. Adhere to strict safety procedures during all tasks. Utilize mobile equipment and overhead cranes for operational tasks. Compile daily maintenance and preventative maintenance reports. Collaborate with the Plant Engineer and management to ensure equipment functionality.
Skill Set:
1+ years of industrial experience with proven mechanical aptitude. A high school diploma/GED is required; additional technical training is preferred. Familiarity with machine shop equipment (e.g., surface grinder, lathe, drill press). Capability to work on robotic equipment is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, dependability, and professionalism. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Ability to work in a team setting and lead safety initiatives. Physical capability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for the majority of the shift.
