Our client is a national award-winning leader in the electrical and lighting services industry. They are currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team. This position is tasked with delivering white-glove service to customers through exemplary project coordination and best-in-class client communication.
The role involves coordinating repair and maintenance work orders, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on detail, organizational skills, and the ability to proactively solve problems to enhance customer experiences. Rotating on-call duty required, approximately 7 times per year, for additional pay.

Focus:
Coordinate electrical and lighting projects, serving as a liaison among electricians, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution. Drive client satisfaction by effectively communicating, anticipating needs, and solving potential issues swiftly. Develop accurate project cost estimates and manage vendor negotiations to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Oversee the procurement process, ensuring materials are correctly ordered, delivered, and fulfilled. Identify and resolve project issues, utilizing analytical skills and collaboration to maintain project continuity. Promote professional development within the team, enhancing skills and knowledge for continuous improvement.
Skill Set:
3+ years of coordination or administrative experience in a related field preferred. Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university. Experience in project management, vendor relations, or similar roles is a strong plus. Proficient in Google Office, Microsoft Office, Project Management software, and ERP systems. Understanding of basic business math, including markups and financial metrics. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-quality client service. Team player able to balance individual tasks and assist others as needed.
Salary range: $62K-$76K
