They are seeking a Client Account Specialist to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality service to their clients and supporting the firm’s operational and sales activities. This position involves managing client communications, handling account-related inquiries, and assisting financial advisors during client interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experience.

Focus:
Responding to client service inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high accuracy.
Maintaining regular and positive communication with clients through scheduled meetings, service calls, and ongoing support.
Collaborating with financial advisors to provide excellent customer service.
Offering continuous support to financial advisors during client meetings as necessary.
Managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system, including customer profiles and documentation of all interactions.
Preparing and reviewing new account documents, service forms, and ensuring accuracy.
Conducting research to address financial inquiries as requested by clients.
Assisting clients with account setup, financial transactions, and keeping them informed throughout the process.
Staying informed on the benefits available to clients employed in various cities.
Supporting management with miscellaneous company initiatives and projects.
Skill Set:
Preferred: FINRA Series 65 or Series 7/66 license (Series 7/66 requires registration with an RIA within the last two years).
Ideally, 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory.
Must pass a background and drug screening.
