As our client continues to expand their operations and market presence, they are looking for a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff to join their leadership team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff will be the first point of contact for the executive team and will play a crucial role in driving alignment, execution, and accountability across the organization. This is a highly visible and demanding role that requires exceptional communication skills, leadership, and executive presence.

Focus:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive team, ensuring clear communication and coordination across functional areas.
• Support the CEO in day-to-day operations and organizational growth, aligning activities with the company’s mission and vision.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding internal dynamics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between executive management and diverse teams, fostering collaboration and unity of objectives.
• Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify root causes of internal challenges and develop solutions to address them effectively.
• Develop a cohesive communication style in partnership with the CEO, delivering executive-level presentations and updates for internal and external audiences.
• Manage CEO’s schedule efficiently, prioritizing conflicting demands and ensuring optimal use of time.
• Collaborate with the executive team on fundraising efforts, investor relations, and strategic planning.
Skill Set:
• Minimum of 10 years of management or leadership experience, preferably as a COS to a CEO.
• Demonstrated expertise in KPI and organizational framework management.
• Proven track record of building relationships with diverse stakeholders and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with a board of directors and outside investors.
• Proficiency in various technologies, including MS Office, Slack, and other SaaS solutions.
• Strong EQ, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Humility, self-awareness, and adaptability are essential qualities for success in this role.
