We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to focus on Business Development in the Plastics industry. As the driving force behind our client’s growth initiatives, you will play a crucial role in expanding market presence, fostering key relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Focus:
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the client base and enhance market penetration in the Plastics industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure client success.
• Lead the sales efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
• Leverage knowledge and experience in Plastics Manufacturing to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and address their specific requirements.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of two years of successful experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Preferred experience in the Plastics Manufacturing sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly.
• Proven ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
