The Audit Senior will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial services and CPA office engagements. With a focus on project leadership and A&A oversight, their meticulous attention to detail and effective teamwork will be integral to maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Focus:

Gain deep insights into client businesses, adhering to professional standards. Utilize advanced audit skills for complex projects, including analytical reviews and meticulous documentation. Independently create comprehensive financial statements, footnotes, and workpaper documentation. Address technical challenges with researched solutions, ensuring accuracy. Collaborate on departmental projects, manage multiple engagements, and meet budget targets. Foster staff growth, display sound decision-making, and uphold thorough documentation. Maintain transparent communication within teams and clients, prioritizing confidentiality. Thoroughly review staff work, providing constructive feedback for development. Make independent decisions, communicate effectively with clients in a professional manner. Efficiently complete time entry and work-in-progress reporting.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related financial field of study. Commitment to achieving Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation within 1 year of employment. Accumulated 2-3 years of public accounting and audit experience. Proficiency in software including Microsoft Office Suite, Accounting CS, Thomson Reuters, Checkpoint, Engagement, Adobe, and Quickbooks. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical challenges. Maintain a keen attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
