Our client, who specializes in hearing solutions, is currently seeking an Audiology Sales Specialist. In this essential role, you will focus on promoting a range of customized hearing products and services, driving sales, and establishing strong business partnerships.

Focus:
• Build and nurture relationships with retirement communities, ensuring a solid customer base for the company’s diverse range of hearing solutions.
• Administer essential hearing tests and make firm product recommendations to enhance the lives of customers, driving sales in the process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop strategies and initiatives that promote the company’s services and products.
• Actively participate in community events to promote the company’s mission and services.
• Maintain industry knowledge and best practices to ensure the delivery of exceptional services.
• Focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
Skill Sets:
• 2+ years of sales or management experience, with proven track record in achieving sales goals.
• Possession of valid driver’s license and a vehicle for daily use.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills, crucial for understanding and addressing customers’ needs effectively.
• Experience in public speaking and comfortable engaging with medium to large groups, facilitating a strong community presence.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and comfortable using various computer applications.
• Openness to on-the-job training, with a pathway to certification and potential advancement to mentorship or managerial roles within the team.
