Our client, a leader in the design, installation, and maintenance of complex building technology solutions, is seeking an Associate Construction Project Manager to enhance their project delivery team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to some of the most iconic and complex construction projects in various locations across the globe.
As the Associate Construction Project Manager, you will assist the Project Manager in the planning, scheduling, and administration of assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include supporting project execution, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of the project.

Focus:
• Assist in the development and enforcement of project compliance with the contract documents.
• Aid in the creation of the project master schedule and ensure its execution.
• Facilitate project budgeting and cost management processes.
• Contribute to the development of site-specific safety and quality control programs.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Support the project team in the documentation and coordination of training and final project deliverables.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction, design, finance, or management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, and quality management.
• Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
