Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and test novel deep learning architectures, spanning NLP, computer vision, and autonomous decision-making.
• Lead pioneering research projects across reinforcement learning, transformer models, and agentic systems.
• Prototype scalable AI systems and guide their evolution from experimental to production-grade.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deploy real-world applications of complex models.
• Share research findings internally and externally through papers, open-source contributions, or industry engagement.
Ideal Candidate Background:
• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline (or equivalent practical research experience).
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one key area: transformer networks, multi-modal modeling, reinforcement learning, or large language model optimization.
• Proven record of peer-reviewed publications at top-tier venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, or CVPR.
• Experience with ML frameworks and tools like PyTorch, JAX, Hugging Face libraries, or RLlib.
• Strong ability to translate research theory into robust, efficient code for production environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with safety, interpretability, or alignment research in artificial intelligence.
• Previous exposure to AGI-level systems or autonomous agents in complex environments.
• Adaptability and drive to work in a fast-paced, early-stage innovation environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive base salary of $180,000–$250,000
