A stealth-mode AI innovator is searching for a pioneering AI Solutions Product Lead to drive strategic development and delivery of cutting-edge machine learning applications. This high-impact role bridges technical research with user-driven product design, enabling game-changing technologies in areas like generative AI, developer tools, and autonomous systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the roadmap for AI-based product features, tools, or platforms
• Translate advanced research into implementable product plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and research to execute product delivery
• Analyze usage metrics and qualitative feedback to guide iterative product development
• Design and execute experiments to validate product hypotheses and measure success
• Serve as the central voice of the product, aligning internal and external stakeholders

Ideal Profile:

• 3–6 years of product management experience in AI/ML-driven environments
• Solid grounding in machine learning concepts such as LLMs, reinforcement learning, RAG, and computer vision
• Able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Proven success launching AI-first platforms or tools from ideation to production
• Experienced working in fast-paced, research- or engineering-heavy product teams

Bonus Points:

• Background in generative AI use cases such as AI copilots, chatbots, or autonomous systems
• Familiar with the model lifecycle, including training, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring
• Technical foundation (CS degree or hands-on software/ML experience)
• Experience in zero-to-one product environments and startup-style rapid iteration

Compensation:
$160,000–$220,000 base + equity + comprehensive benefits
