Accountant

As an Accountant, you will be a key addition to our client’s accounting team, focusing on accounts receivable and supporting various accounting functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in accounting and a strong aptitude for managing financial transactions and reporting.

Focus:

• Manage accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and collections.
• Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable, general ledger entries, and other accounting functions.
• Prepare financial statements and reports to assist in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate integration of Warehouse Fishbowl with Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of necessary documentation and schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and support audits as needed.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and systems, with experience in Warehouse Fishbowl and/or Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a hybrid work setting.
