Our client, a distinguished leader in the production of cutting-edge plastic and organic packaging solutions, is currently seeking an adept Account Manager to fortify their commitment to excellence in product sales and business development.
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing long-term relationships with diverse clientele. This position combines strategic sales initiatives with a deep understanding of products and market trends, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Cultivate new client relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Travel to regularly visit and engage with customers, offering tailored product presentations and training sessions.
• Develop and implement key account plans for top clients, aligning sales strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Engage in disciplined account management, including inventory and stock management, accounts receivable monitoring, and pipeline management.
• Participate in sales team meetings, contributing to pipeline reviews and strategic discussions.
• Secure long-term contracts and supply agreements, strengthening business relationships and ensuring customer loyalty.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the plastic container, rigid packaging, or related industry.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to make decisions that positively impact profitability and align with strategic goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer situations.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of success and an energetic approach to sales.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Must be able to travel up to 50%.
