Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven history in sales, a strong focus on building lasting client relationships, and experience driving consistent growth in service contract revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of commercial sales processes and a background in the fire and life safety sector is highly advantageous.

Focus:
• Develop and nurture relationships with targeted accounts to expand market presence and increase sales opportunities.
• Consistently secure service contract renewals, with a focus on growing recurring revenue streams.
• Apply effective sales techniques and strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Utilize commercial sales best practices, offering clients tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Stay updated on fire and life safety industry trends, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate value propositions.
Skill Set:
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably with progressive responsibility in account management.
• Proven ability to drive service contract growth and increase recurring revenue in a business-to-business setting.
• Experience in applying structured sales methodologies to close deals and maintain client relationships.
• Prior exposure to the fire and life safety industry is highly preferred but not required.
• Senior-level sales executive experience is a plus.
