Our client is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) Account Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, offering expert guidance on risk management, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. This position requires a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in insurance sales, client retention, and new business acquisition.

Focus:
• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial P&C insurance accounts, ensuring consistent growth and retention.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract new business opportunities while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to provide customized insurance solutions that meet client needs.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and presentations to clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed set sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to company growth.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial P&C insurance sales, with a proven ability to manage accounts and drive growth.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
