Account Executive – DAS

Our client is an expert in the telecom and wireless space. They provide a full range of wireless solutions, including DAS, security, small cell, antenna/RF systems, and more. They are hiring an Account Executive to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a successful background in enterprise sales, particularly in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) or Private LTE/5G Cellular Networks. Experience with major distributors like Anixter/WESCO, Accu-Tech, or Graybar is highly desirable.

Focus:

Partner with internal, external and channel teams to develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline for public safety and cellular solutions.

Master and effectively communicate the value propositions of our solutions to prospective clients.

Utilize perspective selling techniques to close deals.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and meet forecast and pipeline management objectives.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities in our CRM system.

This position requires 30% – 50% travel within the territory.

Skill Set:

At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of wireless system solutions, with a preference for DAS.

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and build strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Proficiency with CRM systems and forecasting tools.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
