They are hiring an Account Executive to manage existing client accounts, driving customer relationships, and generating revenue growth within accounts to support business sales goals. This individual should be passionate about the industrial industry, highly motivated, possess a consultative sales mentality, and work well within a team environment.

Focus:
• Strategically work with existing customers within the industry through networking initiatives
• Responsible for all aspects of existing accounts, including contract management.
• Cultivate strong business relationships within the sales region, identifying sales opportunities with new clients.
• Lead meetings and sales presentations with the key decision-making executives of target customers.
• Track results and prepare sales reports and forecasts for leaderships, identifying any risks and presenting solutions.
• Create and execute plans to increase penetration within existing accounts using cross-selling techniques.
• Give product demonstrations and prepare compelling proposals and RFQs to convey value propositions to customers.
• Identify and resolve any technical questions that occur for clients.
Skill Set:
• 2+ years of outside sales and/or account management experience within a relevant industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or other relevant field.
• Experience selling or product knowledge in the fastener or industrial product space, a plus.
• Minimal travel within assigned territory as needed.
• Excellent relationship-building skills at all levels, with outstanding professionalism and commitment to customer experience.
• In-depth sales expertise with proven results in meeting sales quotas
• Superior professional presence and business acumen; excellent skills in communication, presentations, and negotiation.
• Must be able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, with care given to each. Strong attention to detail.
