Progress
In 2022, we continued to grow – both as a recruiting firm and an employer. Blue Signal surpassed 1,900 all-time placements, translating to 1,900 lives changed. We also took our expertise to all corners of the nation, by more than doubling our workforce. We now have recruiters stationed in 20 total states and the Dominican Republic – allowing us to connect with candidates from coast to coast!
At Blue Signal, we believe change is constant. We are always revamping and reimagining processes to better ourselves, our business, and our candidate experience. As a result, we've implemented new best practices to keep up with the ever-changing job market. In terms of digitization, we have been leveraging new dynamic tools to identify candidates and connect them with their ideal employer more quickly than ever before. We’ve supported dozens of clients through the virtual hiring process and job seekers through virtual interviewing. These innovative processes have positively impacted how many job seekers we’ve been able to help find careers with companies that truly value them. We’re excited to continue this path ahead into 2023.

This year Blue Signal donated over $5,000 to nonprofit organizations like Volunteer Florida, Live & Learn AZ, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and more. We look forward to giving back in 2023 through charitable donations, philanthropic initiatives, and volunteer efforts.
