As 2022 comes to an end, many look back and reflect on accomplishments, areas of progress, and opportunities for improvement. When looking at our company and benchmarking growth, we try to measure against our core values of helping others, doing the right thing, and being excellent. In the spirit of transparency, here is what we accomplished in 2022 and what you can expect from Blue Signal moving into 2023.


In 2022, Blue Signal grew both as a recruiting firm and an employer. We surpassed 1,900 all-time placements, translating to 1,900 stronger teams. We also took our expertise to all corners of the nation, by more than doubling our workforce. We now have recruiters stationed in 20 total states and the Dominican Republic – allowing us to connect with clients from coast to coast! 

This year we were thrilled to announce a new offering from our partner, Resume and Career Services. If your company is experiencing layoffs, check out RACS’ outplacement services – this program strives to soften the impact of displacing employees by providing expert resources, tools, and skills needed to find a new position faster. This offering also benefits the company providing the outplacement services in several ways, including managing brand reputation; mitigating risks; boosting employee morale, and reducing unemployment costs. RACS’ outplacement program utilizes their insight into resume writing, interviewing, and landing the job to set your previous employees up for success in their job search. And as their previous employer, you can rest assured that they are being supported.

At Blue Signal, we believe change is constant. We are always revamping and reimagining processes to better ourselves, our business, and our client’s experience. As a result, we've implemented new best practices to keep up with the ever-changing job market. In terms of service offerings, we’ve incorporated a recruiting-as-a-service model, providing on-demand recruiting support through a monthly subscription. This option allows us to provide you with a more convenient recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) option. Best of all, it cuts down on your hiring costs.  

In terms of digitization, we have been leveraging new dynamic tools to identify passive candidates and connect them with clients more quickly than ever before. We’ve invested in some of the latest technology to provide maximum support for our clients’ hiring goals. Our updated processes have resulted in faster submittal times for candidates, and quicker times to hire. We’re excited to continue this path ahead into 2023. 

Blue Signal has also certified 100% of our employees on Diversity and Inclusion in recruiting best practices, helping support equity in our hiring process – and in turn, in yours! All our optimizations have led to one key result: a better recruiting, on-boarding, and retention process.

As we look forward to 2023, our focus continues to be on building genuine, long-term relationships with our clients. Whether you’re already hiring for the new year or seeking advice on a recession hiring plan, you can count on Blue Signal recruiters to be a partner in the process. 

In addition, we are looking forward to pursuing more opportunities to positively impact our community. As a core value, we strive to actively help others – both professionally and personally. This year Blue Signal donated over $5,000 to nonprofit organizations like Volunteer Florida, Live & Learn AZ, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and more. We look forward to giving back in 2023 through charitable donations, philanthropic initiatives, and volunteer efforts.
