As 2021 comes to a close, many look back reflecting on accomplishments, areas of progress, and opportunities for improvement. When looking at our company and benchmarking growth, we try to measure against our core values of excellence, transparency, integrity, commitment, and respect. In the spirit of transparency, here is what you can expect from Blue Signal in the year ahead.

This year Blue Signal has surpassed 1,500 all-time placements, translating to 1,500 stronger teams. We also took our expertise to all corners of the nation, growing our own workforce by 25%. We now have professionals stationed in 13 total states – giving your open requisitions more coverage, nationwide!

We’ve lived and learned in 2021, implementing new best practices to keep up with the times. In terms of digitization, we have been leveraging new dynamic tools to gain better access to passive talent. We’ve supported dozens of clients through the virtual hiring process. Our updated processes have resulted in faster submittal times for candidates, and quicker times to hire. We’re excited to continue on this path ahead in 2022.

Blue Signal has certified 100% of our employees on Diversity and Inclusion in Recruiting best practices, helping support equity in our hiring process – and in turn, in yours! All of our optimizations have led to one key result: a better recruiting, on-boarding, and retention process.

In 2022, we are excited to announce the launch of Resume and Career Services, powered by Blue Signal. This candidate-driven service will help candidates gain the empowerment needed to secure their next great job. By bringing this new offering to our arsenal of candidate support, we hope to forge a path ahead that turns qualified professionals into exceptional prospective hires.
