Our client delivers marketing and events planning for enterprise customers. Renowned for their top-level service, they consistently win awards and appear on Top 100 Agencies lists. They are hiring a NetSuite Administrator to administrate ERP systems and software. In addition to administering and managing NetSuite, this person will also assist with troubleshooting and desktop support.

Focus:
- Expand functionality and feature usage within NetSuite ERP. Configure features to align with company projects and business goals.
- Utilize NetSuite to generate reports and train end users on reporting functionality.
- Monitor end-user usage of systems and track performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment of desktop equipment, networking equipment (routers/switches), and other hardware.
- Follow policies for incident management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data security.
- Assist in developing metrics and processes for workflow improvements, risk assessment, and business process improvements.
- Coordinate with network engineers to develop implementation and configuration strategies.
- Resolve troubleshooting tickets and act as the high-level escalation point.
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in desktop support, ideally in a 24x7 environment.
- Strong experience with NetSuite (ERP):
- NetSuite administration and configuration
- System features/functions
- Data cleansing and importing
- Dashboards
- Roles, workflows, permissions, reports
- Scheduling scripts
- Proficiency with analytics and database querying (SQL, SuiteScript).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technical field.
- Proficiency with network equipment. CCNA or other Cisco certifications are a plus.
- Understanding information security best practices.
- Strong communication, technical documentation, and analysis skills.
