An established and growing engineering consulting firm is expanding its leadership team. They are seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial-minded civil/environmental engineering professional to step into a senior technical and strategic leadership role.

Focus:

Lead complex projects from conception through execution across diverse sectors, including industrial, commercial, public works, and environmental compliance.

Oversee and execute phases such as planning, design development, permitting, estimating, and construction observation.

Mentor junior staff, fostering technical growth and leadership development within the team.

Serve as the primary liaison with clients, subconsultants, and external stakeholders, ensuring high-touch service and successful outcomes.

Support business development efforts by strengthening client relationships and identifying new project opportunities.

Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

Skill Set:

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain through reciprocity within six months.

10+ years of progressive experience in consulting engineering environments, ideally across multiple sectors.

Proven record managing technical projects, budgets, and teams from start to finish.

Experience with mentoring and developing junior engineers and technical staff.

Willingness and ability to travel occasionally within the state and region.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
