Focus:

Lead and manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trials and appeals.

Draft and file persuasive pleadings, motions, and legal briefs tailored to each case’s strategy.

Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective arguments and litigation tactics.

Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations across a variety of case types.

Negotiate settlements that align with clients’ best interests.

Maintain detailed and accurate case records, client communication, and court documents.

Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal support staff to drive case success.

Skill Set:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership (REQUIRED).

Proven track record in civil litigation with substantial courtroom and trial experience.

Superior legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload while adhering to tight deadlines.

Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
