Overview:
An industry leader in infrastructure innovation is seeking a visionary engineering executive to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of its hyperscale data center initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess both technical mastery and strategic foresight, with a proven ability to align engineering innovation with business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural vision and engineering execution for the design and deployment of next-generation hyperscale data centers.
• Oversee technical delivery across all core components of data center infrastructure—including power systems, thermal management, network architecture, and sustainability frameworks.
• Drive initiatives in high-density, high-efficiency cooling technologies such as liquid and immersion cooling.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across construction, operations, sales, and executive leadership to ensure engineering excellence aligns with commercial strategy.
• Develop scalable practices for resiliency, security, and operational continuity, adhering to global standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Establish and promote best-in-class methodologies to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure engineering solutions.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a global team of engineers, fostering innovation and technical leadership.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party engineering, architecture, and construction firms to optimize speed and quality of delivery.
• Stay abreast of technological trends in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure to influence design and investment decisions.

Preferred Background:

• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership, including significant experience with hyperscale data centers and emerging tech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field required; Master’s preferred.
• Expert-level knowledge of power systems, mechanical design, and sustainable engineering principles within mission-critical environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale technical programs in high-growth or high-demand industries.
• Strong foundation in engineering design as it relates to data center capacity, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
• Prior experience working directly with cloud providers or enterprise clients managing data-intensive applications.
• Strategic mindset with business acumen; able to align engineering functions to broader enterprise outcomes.
• Influential communicator with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders across all levels.
• Familiarity with global compliance standards including ASHRAE, ISO, and other regulatory bodies.
