Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, and refine prompt strategies for large language models (LLMs), such as GPT-4, Claude, and LLaMA
• Build and iterate on advanced RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases and scalable architecture
• Engineer model behavior through techniques like system prompt tuning, few-shot prompting, and chaining
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to integrate LLMs into production-ready tools and user interfaces
• Implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure model output quality, safety, and alignment

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs in a research, product, or deployment setting
• Fluency in using LLM APIs and frameworks from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or open-source equivalents
• Proficiency in constructing and optimizing RAG systems with tools like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
• Knowledge of prompt engineering tactics, token efficiency, and fine-tuning behaviors
• Experience with orchestration tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Academic or applied background in linguistics, NLP, or HCI
• Exposure to fine-tuning methods (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA) or training from instruction datasets
• Experience building autonomous agents or copilots for internal or end-user environments
• Familiarity with prompt evaluation tools such as Promptfoo or TruLens
