Our client is a high-performance niche wireless operator in the New York City market. Their solutions portfolio includes wireless applications, indoor/outdoor DAS, utilities, project delivery, and more. The Technical PM will have access to a large pool of technical resources and support staff to deliver top-quality network infrastructure projects.
In this newly created position, the Technical PM will focus on the technical delivery side of network operations center (NOC) installation projects. They will manage project teams, oversee builds, interface with carriers, and establish project standards.

Focus:
- Manage wireless/telecom technical projects end-to-end for large venues, with a focus on network operations center (NOC) installations.
- Lead the team in completing projects to high quality standards within the project schedule.
- Organize project scope, timeline, supplies, and delivery. Coordinate with clients to update them on major changes, obstacles, and milestones.
- Manage bid documents, accruals, invoicing, subcontracting, and purchasing for projects. Submit regular reports on: project progress, financial status, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with estimating team on pricing/costing, BOMs, budget, scope, and timeline.
- Create and interpret iBwave designs and documentation.
- Conduct site walks, inspections, and safety monitoring.
- Manage project documentation, including BOM, quote book, design documentation, review package, and close-out package.
Skills:
- 4+ years of technical project management experience, with recent focus on NOC installations.
- Industry background in wireless/telecom, ideally with direct OEM or neutral host experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, iBwave designs and technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience within wireless construction management.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
