Support business development within the sales region, identifying in-building sales opportunities with new and existing clients. Identify and develop strategic solutions that cater to emerging market and client needs, ensuring a sustained competitive position in the market. Act as the technical expert during sales cycle, answering customer objections and questions about technical capabilities of company products and solutions. Present detailed wireless solutions in response to customer business requirements and budget. Manage technical pre-sales documentation (statements of work, stated technical requirements, spec sheets, and proposals). Ensure solutions provided adhere to industry best practices and compliance norms, ensuring not only client satisfaction but also mitigating organizational risk. Work closely with business development teams, ensuring that solutions proposed can be effectively deployed and supported.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and/or industry equivalent certifications. 7+ years of experience in sales engineering and account management. Demonstrated success in business development and/or account management roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and fostering lasting customer relationships. Strong background in DAS, cellular, Wi-Fi, and public safety industries. Ability to navigate client requirements, ensuring they are effectively translated into viable connectivity solutions. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, enabling the identification and pursuit of market opportunities. Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard tools and platforms for solution development and presentation. A hunter mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and high-level decision-makers.
