Western Regional Sales Manager

In this dynamic role, you’ll take the reins of an outstanding team and distribution network, take ownership of major accounts, and play a pivotal role in launching revolutionary products. Your strategic acumen, technical prowess, and executive presence will be the driving force behind delivering outstanding results in a hypergrowth market.

Lead and mentor high-performing independent sales teams and distribution sales channels to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, including calling on OEMs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including calling on OEMs, while nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships. Leverage your knowledge of LED and electrical technology to effectively communicate and sell our innovative products. Articulate the value of our cutting-edge solutions through excellent written and oral English communication skills. Develop and deliver product presentations, training sessions, and public speaking engagements to enhance team knowledge and engagement. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals. Efficiently manage up to 50-60% travel, including visits to OEMs, to cover the expansive Western U.S. territory
Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a sales representative distribution channel role. Strong knowledge of LED and some electrical technology to effectively communicate and sell innovative products. Excellent written and oral English communication skills to articulate the value of cutting-edge solutions. While a 4-year college degree is preferred, equivalent experience and expertise are also considered.
Proven skills in public speaking, product presentations, and training to drive engagement and knowledge transfer. Must be located in the market you’ll serve to establish strong local relationships and market understanding.
