They are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the night shift team in shipping and receiving and all other initiatives to keep up with an increase in demand. This person will take charge of a thriving and high-development facility and consistently achieve positive production results.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily functions and operations as they pertain to product quality, production improvement, and team leadership. They will support and aid the night shift team in delivering best-in-class production through training, mentorship, and more.

Focus:
• Direct the day-to day activities of the warehouse. Such activities include shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
• Take an active role in managing the warehouse team, identifying opportunities for improvement, employee coaching.
• Responsible for maintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventive maintenance programs and communicating all necessary repairs to management.
• Ensure that the warehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment in order to perform the distribution functions.
• Review production reports and manage inventory, production issues, and audits.
• Manage employees to ensure accurate job scheduling and facility staffing.
• Ensure proper sanitation, environmental, health, and safety of warehouse.
Skill Set:
• 3+ years of warehouse experience, in distribution, shipping/receiving, etc.
• Strong experience in management roles with the ability to lead a team.
• Bachelors’ in applicable field or relevant experience.
• Background working closing with Amazon in fulfilment role, a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards for testing, safety, environmental, and manufacturing.
• Understanding of woodworking machines and specific manufacturing processes, a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills. Ability to work the night shift.
