Our client is seeking a Warehouse Manager with a strong background in the telecom and broadband industry to oversee and manage the efficient operation of their warehouse facilities. The Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of inventory, equipment, and materials needed for the deployment and maintenance of telecom and broadband services.

Focus:

Efficiently manage inventory and implement inventory control procedures. Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and storage. Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and fostering teamwork. Maintain accurate records of telecom and broadband equipment and assets. Manage vendor and supplier relations, negotiating contracts and agreements. Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels and order fulfillment. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in warehouse operations. Implement systems to track equipment condition and coordinate maintenance as needed.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally in the telecom or broadband industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices. Familiarity with telecommunications equipment and materials. Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
