As they continue to redefine the boundaries of innovation, they are on the lookout for a visionary VP of IT to spearhead the evolution and modernization of their IT infrastructure.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the robustness, scalability, and modernization of the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both on-premise and cloud solutions, with a keen focus on achieving industry-leading uptime standards.

Focus:

Strategically lead technology and operational planning, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives. Ensure the delivery of Unified Communications and VoIP platforms surpass industry standards. Champion transformative IT initiatives, including data center migrations, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. Drive the evolution of IT and operational technology, balancing on-premise and public cloud solutions. Develop and manage budgets, aligning IT spending with evolving business requirements and priorities.

Foster a culture of transparency, mentorship, agile learning, and innovation across teams. Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IT solutions.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in MIS or a related field. 10+ years of senior management experience in a dynamic IT infrastructure environment, with a focus on service stability.

Proven experience in the telecommunications sector, supporting and expanding service delivery. Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple data centers across North America. Proficiency in public cloud computing, including migration and implementation strategies. Ability to adapt and excel in both corporate and agile start-up environments. Strong leadership capabilities, with a knack for inspiring teams through change.

Deep technical acumen in service infrastructure and UCaaS, CCaaS, and SaaS applications. Exceptional communication skills, adept at collaborating across all organizational levels.
