The Vice President of Operations will report directly to the CEO and serve as the operational backbone of the organization. This leader will manage logistics, inventory, vendor partnerships, and internal operations, ensuring seamless execution across departments. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this individual will collaborate with leaders in sales, product development, marketing, and finance to support company-wide goals and sustainable growth.
This role requires an in-office presence to lead the operational team, fostering accountability and driving daily execution.

Focus:
Lead daily operational activities, including logistics, inventory management, pricing, vendor management, and cost control.
Serve as the day-to-day leadership presence in the office, ensuring smooth operations and team accountability.
Partner with executive peers in sales, product, marketing, and finance to align operations with business goals.
Drive margin improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives across the supply chain.
Manage the Director of Logistics, IT leadership, and other operational functions.
Develop and optimize inventory strategies to maximize cash flow and responsiveness to market trends.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across processes and systems.
Sit on the executive leadership team and contribute to strategic business decisions.
Promote a collaborative, no-politics culture focused on execution, ownership, and results.
Skill Set:
10+ years of operational leadership in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing environments.
Proven success leading logistics, supply chain, inventory management, and cost optimization efforts.
Experience with both retail distribution and direct-to-consumer business models.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven leadership style.
Ability to work onsite in a collaborative, hands-on leadership capacity.
Strong business acumen focused on profitability and operational scalability.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field required. MBA preferred.
Preferred Experience
Background in high-growth product companies with diverse SKUs.
Experience managing distributed supply chains and warehouse operations.
Knowledge of retail negotiations, pricing strategies, and demand planning.
