Focus:

• Oversee the planning and execution of utility projects for mission-critical facilities, particularly data centers.
• Develop utility infrastructure design that meets client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and resource allocation for utility management projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including utility providers, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide expert consultation on utility systems, including power distribution, cooling solutions, and backup systems.
• Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to utility management in critical environments.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field, with relevant professional certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in utility project management for mission-critical infrastructure, preferably in data centers.
• Strong understanding of utility systems, including electrical, water, and HVAC considerations for high-reliability environments.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
