The SVP plays a crucial role in implementing strategic vision, introducing innovation, developing strong relationships, and championing emerging new services to propel the company forward.

Develop and implement company’s strategic plan, working closely with the executive team and the board of directors to set goals and priorities. Provide effective leadership and direction, creating a positive and productive work environment, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Give strong top-down support, including team building, individual development, and performance coaching. Interview and hire key individual contributors and managers. Occasionally engage with major clients as the “face” of the organization. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all business activities are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers, investors, and the community at large. Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, and ensure that financial objectives are met. Identify and manage risk, ensuring that the company is adequately prepared for potential challenges and disruptions. Continuously evaluate and improve company processes, procedures, and systems to maximize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
20+ years of developing expertise in wired network construction, fulfillment, and management. Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic planning abilities. Demonstrated ability to oversee large-scale projects, develop and implement effective business strategies to drive organizational growth and success. Track record of successful financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. A deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry regulations. Strong conflict-resolution and negotiation skills; comfortable interfacing with executive decision-makers. Passion for leading and inspiring teams to achieve common goals. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of MS Office and general computer systems. Requires up to 50% of travel; Valid ID required.
