As an Inventory Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our extensive inventory of swimming pool parts and equipment. Your responsibility will extend to the efficient management of day-to-day operations within our inventory department, ensuring that all necessary parts are readily available for our service and construction divisions. This role demands a meticulous eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Oversee the comprehensive inventory of swimming pool components and equipment. Manage the procurement and tracking of inventory orders, ensuring timely replenishment.
Efficiently allocate inventory to meet the demands of our service and construction teams. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of inventory control personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Regularly analyze inventory data and generate reports to inform decision-making and optimize inventory levels.
Demonstrated experience in inventory management, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to maintain a well-structured inventory system. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and management. Proficiency in utilizing inventory management software and the Microsoft Office suite to streamline operations.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with cross-functional teams. Ability to lead a team effectively, even in high-pressure situations, and meet tight deadlines.
