Our client is an expert in the telecom and wireless space. They provide a variety of wireless solutions, including DAS, small cell, antenna/RF systems, and more. They are hiring a Sr. Solutions Technician to support and lead the installation of various wireless projects.

The Sr. Solutions Technician is a key team member in the daily operations of a highly developed wireless infrastructure. As an advanced part of the installation team, they will bring connectivity solutions to a wide array of clients.

Focus:

Act as senior lead of technical support, provide system maintenance expertise, and assist throughout implementation and project lifecycle for complex communication systems. Collaborate with lead project engineer to design and validate complicated systems. Assist junior technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex system failures. Analyze technological problems and recommend effective solutions. Deliver system support and training to end-users as needed. Develop and maintain technical system drawings to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards during the completion of installation projects. Maintain customer satisfaction by demonstrating professionalism, technical expertise, and performing exceptional work.

Skill Set:

8+ years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting complex communication systems. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, RF technologies, or equivalent experience. Expert knowledge of radio and wireless systems: diagnostics, repair, mobile installations, etc. Relevant computer certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent is a strong plus. Strong knowledge of technical systems and applications, including network topology and protocols, system architectures, and cloud technologies. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Excellent leadership, mathematical, analytical, and project management skills. Must be available to travel to project sites as needed.
