The Sr. Network Engineer will collaborate with multifaceted teams and stakeholders, devising and deploying network solutions tailored to the business’s evolving needs. The role necessitates a deep-seated knowledge of diverse network technologies, encompassing system configurations, network strategy formulation, testing, and documentation.

Focus:

Lead the design and deployment of a robust global network infrastructure, emphasizing stability, automation, and innovation. Engage in cross-departmental collaborations, formulating strategies that surpass customer expectations. Ensure consistent availability and optimal performance of data and telecom services. Oversee change control processes within the production environment, ensuring modifications are tested and implemented efficiently. Stay updated with IT advancements, making informed recommendations that align with organizational objectives.

Conduct IT operational and security audits, adhering to established IT security protocols and access controls. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.

CCNP certification required. Expertise in Cisco products is a must. 5+ years of experience in designing and supporting network and telecommunications systems. Proficiency in Routed/Routing Protocols and Switching Technologies. Expertise in WLAN/LAN/WAN engineering and products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
