We are seeking a Sr Electrical Engineer that is driven, self-motivated, and eager to delve into RF fundamentals, contributing actively to all phases of the product development process. Under the guidance of the Director, this role plays a crucial part in supporting engineering design and testing endeavors, evaluating marketing products, and resolving production-related technical challenges. Collaborating closely with diverse functional teams across the organization is a key aspect of this role.

Focus:
• Drive hands-on contributions to product development.
• Assist in engineering design and testing initiatives.
• Evaluate marketing products and provide insights.
• Collaborate across functions to solve production challenges.
• Ensure optimal product performance using RF tools.
• Precisely communicate specifications, diagrams, and materials.
• Apply Microsoft Office for documentation needs.
• Enhance products through RF design expertise.
• Optimize components’ performance metrics through testing.

Skill Set:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
• 3-5 years of product design experience.
• Proficiency in using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• Ability to clearly articulate specifications, schematics, and bills of materials.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience using Microsoft Office for documentation and communication.
Desired Skill Set:
• Proficiency in RF design.
• Hands-on testing ability for components’ performance metrics.
• Experience with phase locked loops, mixers, and filters (a plus).
• Understanding of phase noise, dynamic range, and ACG principles.
• Familiarity with RF digital modulation techniques.
• Experience with Agile PLM and Altium Schematic Capture tools.
