Our partner, a pioneering force in the lighting industry, is in search of a Sr. Customer Service Rep who embodies a passion for exceptional client service and a commitment to operational excellence. Focus:
• Engage with clients, providing insightful and comprehensive support, fostering strong professional relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, orders, and service-related issues.
• Employ strategic insight to manage and enhance customer-related processes and operations.
• Facilitate effective communication channels, ensuring customer queries and needs are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Proactively manage and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Undertake responsibilities related to order entry, billing, and returns, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Foster a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product offerings, utilizing this knowledge to enhance customer interactions and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within customer service processes to promote efficiency and excellence.
Skill Set:
• 3+ years of relevant experience, with a background in lighting, manufacturing, construction, and/or distribution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proactive approach, with a capacity to independently solve problems and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant software and platforms, with a preference for experience in Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment, showcasing a continuous improvement mindset.
