Our client, a renowned expert in commercial concrete construction is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive concrete construction projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a robust background in construction project management and a deep understanding of project logistics in the concrete industry.

Focus:
• Lead construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Oversee all phases of construction, from planning and design through to completion, including the development and approval of shop drawings.
• Utilize industry-specific software to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage project financials with a comprehensive understanding of cost accounting practices.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction personnel to ensure project specifications are met.
• Address and resolve any issues related to weather or site conditions that may impact project timelines or safety.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 12 years of construction experience, or 16 years of construction-related experience without a degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with construction management software such as Primavera and Timberline.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings at all stages, from conceptual to final drafts, including the ability to develop and analyze shop drawings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex budgets and understand cost accounting related to construction.
• Capable of working in both office and field settings, adaptable to varying weather conditions and site environments.
• This role requires a combination of office work and on-site presence in various outdoor weather conditions, adapting to the dynamic environment typical of construction sites.
