Our client, a leader in the Telecommunications industry, is seeking a Senior Billing Administrator – Telecommunications, Internet Services to oversee and manage their billing operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in billing administration, with a strong background in network infrastructure, database management, and billing systems.

Focus:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with the IT and finance teams to streamline billing operations and improve system performance.
• Maintain and update billing systems, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and company requirements.
• Provide expert support for billing-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate billing systems with other operational platforms.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant work experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in billing administration, with a focus on telecommunications or internet services.
• Proven expertise in managing network infrastructure, database management, and complex billing systems.
• A Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working within the telecommunications or internet service provider (ISP) sectors.
• Knowledge and understanding of fiber optic technology and associated service.
