As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in offering technical support, conducting thorough product evaluations, and crafting tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele. Your proficiency and insights will contribute significantly to enhancing the performance of our product line by ensuring the smooth integration and successful deployment of our advanced technologies across various applications.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to prioritize feature requisites.
• Identify fresh product applications, particularly with key clients.
• Support new product development, facilitating alpha and beta testing.
• Partner with marketing to create demand-driving content (e.g., training materials, whitepapers, videos).
• Plan tools for self-service product selection, aiding customers and sales.
• Manage projects, potentially customer-focused.
• Be ready for up to 20% travel for support and collaboration.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or physics, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
• Prior exposure to RF or microwave applications is a valuable asset, reflecting a solid grasp of specialized domains.
• Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Display a general understanding of electronic test equipment usage, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and power meters. Proficiency in operating computer systems and keyboards is expected.
• Exhibit strong sensory abilities, including hearing and vision, required for effective communication and operational tasks. Additionally, the ability to sit or stand for moderate periods is necessary.
