Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the installation and deployment of wireless communication systems.

The Site Operations Manager will ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with companywide standards of quality and professionalism. This person will play a crucial role in managing field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet or exceed safety and quality standards.

Focus:

Lead and oversee the day-to-day management of installation work at customer locations/job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide strong leadership to field crews, motivating and guiding them to achieve project goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and safety. Ensure that all installations meet or exceed company standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors, holding them accountable for meeting project requirements and standards.

Utilize your hands-on DAS installation experience to provide technical expertise and support to the field teams. Be prepared to travel for 2-4 weeks at a time, with approximately 2 weeks at home, depending on project requirements. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Skill Set:

Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing projects and teams in the telecommunications, wireless technology, or Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) sectors. Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on DAS installation experience is mandatory. Strong leadership skills with experience in leading field crews. Preferred: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Excellent communication skills.
