They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Operations Manager to oversee the service operations within the organization. As a Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our pool service department, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Your primary goal will be to optimize the service process, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement in service quality.

Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the pool industry or a related service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for service management and data analysis.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the pool industry.
