Focus:

Plan, organize, and execute fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Oversee project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. Provide clear direction and leadership to the project team, including construction staff, architects, and engineers. Collaborate with the development team to evaluate and plan new data center fit-out projects. Contribute to the feasibility analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation for construction projects. Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction phase of data center projects. Ensure the MEP systems are installed correctly and are compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Skill Set:

5+ years of data center experience is mandatory. 8+ years of construction background essential. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, especially MEP systems. Proven experience managing complex construction budgets. Track record collaborating with local authorities and utilities. Proficient in project management and system integration. Skilled in software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Revit. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field highly regarded but not obligatory. Post-graduate education viewed favorably but not mandatory. OSHA30 accreditation advantageous.
