Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily production operations to ensure timely and high-quality output.
• Supervise and develop a team of production staff, fostering a motivated and efficient work environment.
• Optimize production efficiency by tracking material usage, reducing waste, and ensuring proper machine maintenance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and resolve production challenges.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards, troubleshooting any issues to maintain product integrity.
• Manage raw material inventory, coordinate procurement, and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, promoting a safe and productive workplace.
• Handle basic HR responsibilities, including staff training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, production management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with process optimization, quality assurance, and inventory management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.

Physical & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work in an indoor production environment, occasionally exposed to machinery noise and variable temperatures.
