Our client is a leading telecom carrier, providing top-notch solutions in voice, data, and cloud communications platforms. For over two decades, they have been leading the industry in innovation with quality and superior customer service, front of mind. They are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team and market the company’s UCaaS and telecom solutions.
The Senior Sales Manager will have the opportunity to step into a thriving, high-demand market, playing a key role in expanding the company’s market share nationwide. This person will oversee daily sales activities and act as the technical expert on a full suite of UCaaS, cloud PBX, and other products.

Ensure accountability of sales team and hold VP of Sales for daily tasks. Manage negotiations for new sales and renewals, contracts, and client issues; maintain daily funnel of prospects from initial contact to closing. Close deals for advanced voice and data technology, including UCaaS, cloud PBX, SMS, Omnichannel, telecom, and more. Attend tradeshows to identify verticals, schedule meetings, and track lead conversion. Establish effective sales scripting and bolster sales team through hiring and training. Foster existing channel sales partners and expand market share, targeting large commercial accounts. Accompany leadership to high-profile meetings with clients and partners. Identify customer business goals and assist business development team in creating custom RFQs/RFPs in response to enterprise customers’ networking needs. Make technical presentations at client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Sales team leadership experience required. 5+ years of experience in sales, with proven success in large commercial accounts. Existing relationships with large commercial accounts is a plus. Proven track record of winning business and selling UCaaS services, including Cloud PBX, WAN, SaaS, Omnichannel, SMS, and Telco to high volume commercial accounts. Knowledge of the telecom industry, including major players, carriers, technology, and services. Demonstrates a proactive and self-motivated approach to work, taking initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and consistently delivering high-quality results. Understanding of networking solutions offerings, including:
Voice, VoIP, Cloud PBX, SMS Telco UCaaS, SaaS SD-WAN Omnichannel Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with common CRM and sales software.
