They are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to market the company’s UCaaS and telecom solutions.
The Senior Sales Executive will have the opportunity to step into a thriving, high-demand market, playing a key role in expanding the company’s market share nationwide. This person will act as the technical expert on a full suite of UCaaS, cloud PBX, and other products.

Focus:
• Expand market share, targeting large commercial accounts.
• Close deals for advanced voice and data technology, including UCaaS, cloud PBX, SMS, Omnichannel, telecom, and more.
• Build a book of business as an individual contributor, then transition into a sales manager where you will hire/develop a team.
• Manage pipeline through full lifecycle.
• Accompany sales managers to high-profile meetings with clients and partners.
• Identify customer business goals and assist business development team in creating custom RFQs/RFPs in response to enterprise customers’ networking needs.
• Make technical presentations at client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Skill Set
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience leading a sales team is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, with proven success in large commercial accounts. Existing relationships with large commercial accounts is a plus.
• Proven track record of winning business and selling UCaaS services, including Cloud PBX, WAN, SaaS, Omnichannel, SMS, and Telco to high volume commercial accounts.
• Knowledge of the telecom industry, including major players, carriers, technology, and services.
• Hunter mentality with proven success in closing new accounts.
• Understanding of networking solutions offerings, including:
• Voice, VoIP, Cloud PBX, SMS
• Telco
• UCaaS, SaaS
• SD-WAN
• Omnichannel
• Knowledge of the telecom industry, including major players, carriers, technology, and services.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with common CRM and sales software.
