The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of strategic projects critical to our client’s long-term success. This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals, and maintaining a disciplined project management approach. The Senior Project Manager will be a key contributor to our client’s commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and ethical conduct.

Focus:
Lead cross-functional project teams, set clear project objectives, and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure projects are strategically aligned and contribute to the company’s overall objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage project risks to minimize disruptions. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication, expectation management, and project buy-in. Maintain a focus on quality in project delivery, adhering to best practices, industry standards, and ethical guidelines. Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budgets. Prepare and deliver regular status reports, project documentation, and presentations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement best practices, and share lessons learned to enhance project management capabilities.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred). PMP or similar project management certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic projects. Proven experience in change management, international business engagement, M&A, integration, and CAPEX project management. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and portfolios. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and ethical standards is a plus.
