Our client is a fast-developing manufacturer in the field of personal health and wellness – with a primary emphasis on enhancing women’s health. They are looking for a Sr. SEM Manager with proven experience in the e-commerce, consumer retail, and digital marketing space. This person should have exhibited triumph in stimulating traffic, client expansion, and income while accomplishing CAC and scale objectives.
The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of growth, performance, and direct response marketing and a proven track record of driving business growth through SEM campaigns.

Focus:
• Develop and execute SEM campaigns that drive targeted traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and manage bidding strategies.
• Create fresh campaigns and refine present ones across all Google Ads properties.
• Experiment with various bidding methodologies, campaign frameworks, imaginative solutions, and data-oriented campaign approaches to incessantly enhance and perfect performance.
• Manage a content mechanism to enhance the domain ranking of the client company and effectively obtain customers from organic searches.
• Formulate and administer an endeavor calendar grounded on departmental goals and objectives.
• Convey precise and timely everyday outcomes to upper management.
• Identify patterns and insights to track, monitor, and fine-tune performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Rectify and resolve technical obstacles, including feed management and data tracking.
• Cooperate with internal teams and external associates to optimize performance.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and new innovations.
• Use analytical tools to track and report on campaign performance, and continually optimize campaigns to improve performance.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategy.
• Use business acumen to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations to senior leadership.
Skill Set:
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we welcome candidates with equivalent experience and qualifications.
• 3+ years of experience in SEM, with a focus on growth/performance/direct response marketing.
• 1-2 years of recent experience in a high-growth, DTC, CPG start-up.
• A data-driven mindset with advanced Excel skills, analytical aptitude, and proficiency with Google Analytics are essential.
• Budgetary experience, including demonstrated expertise in optimizing for robust ROI, is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business challenges.
• High interest in, but not necessarily experience with SEO.
• Comfort and confidence in dealing with intimate women’s matters.
