Our client is a highly reputable provider of legal and project advisory services in various markets. Their mission is to promote the development of sustainable and innovative energy projects that support clients’ economic and environmental goals. Due to industry growth and an increased need, they are looking to hire a Senior Employment Law Attorney to join their dedicated legal team.
As a Senior Employment Law Attorney, you will play a crucial role in handling complex employment law cases, including single-plaintiff and class action litigation. Your expertise in drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and providing day-to-day advice to employers will be vital in ensuring the highest level of legal service.

• Skillfully handle a wide range of employment law issues, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, safety violations, union matters, and wrongful termination lawsuits.
• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and arguing motions.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and other related matters.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies that align with clients’ business goals.
• Build meaningful client relationships through effective communication and understanding their specific needs to provide tailored legal guidance.
• 6+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a proven track record in employment and/or labor law, including single-plaintiff and class action litigation.
• Must hold a valid and active license to practice law in CA.
• Ability to professionally interact with clients, forging strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
• Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all legal documentation, including adherence to labor laws.
• A distinguished academic background in law from a reputable institution is required.
• Strong work ethic is essential, showcasing a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and meeting client expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
